Lakes townhouses — across Aban, Aziz, Disha and Ghadeer — are well-proportioned multi-level family homes with private entrances, small gardens, and 3–4 bedrooms spread across two floors with a connecting staircase. A 3-bedroom Ghadeer townhouse is typically covered by one professional working 4–5 hours. A 4BR townhouse in Aban may need 5–6 hours or a second cleaner.
